Charles de Gaulle sits north-east of Paris and Disneyland Paris sits east of it, at Marne-la-Vallée. That geography is good news: you never have to cross the city. The drive follows the A1 south, joins the A104 eastbound around Roissy, then drops onto the A4 for the last few kilometres to the resort gates. It is roughly 40 kilometres and, outside the morning and evening peaks, takes 40 to 50 minutes door to door.
The reason most families book a private car for this leg is not speed, it is what happens in the first thirty minutes after landing. Families arrive with a stroller, two or three suitcases, a car seat and children who have been awake since a 4 a.m. alarm. A private driver meets that group inside the terminal, takes the bags, and the car is already loaded while everyone else is still working out which bus stop they need.

The return leg matters just as much. Park exits at closing time, and Disney hotel check-outs the morning after a late night, are exactly when shared shuttles are fullest. A private car is booked for your time, not a timetable, and the driver can leave at 5 a.m. for an early flight without you needing a first bus that may not exist.
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign at the meeting point for your terminal: Exit 32 at Terminal 1, Exit 6 (2A) or Exit 14 (2C), Exit 6 for 2B and 2D, Exit 8 for 2E and Exit 10 for 2F, and the main arrivals exit at Terminals 2G and 3. If you cannot find the driver, call the number on your confirmation and stay where you are.
