General Questions
How do I book a transfer?
Use our online booking form at cabs-ontime.com/book. Enter your pickup/dropoff locations, date, time, and passenger count. You'll receive an instant quote and can confirm immediately. Driver details arrive 24 hours before pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cash (EUR) directly to the driver. Bank transfers are available for corporate bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are fully charged. Flight delays are monitored and adjusted automatically at no extra cost.
Are your drivers English-speaking?
Yes. Every driver speaks English and French, with many also fluent in Spanish, German, Italian, or Russian. Let us know if you need a specific language.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, infant seats (0-12 months), child seats (1-4 years), and boosters (4-12 years) are available free of charge. Please specify your needs when booking.
How early should I book?
Book 24-48 hours ahead to guarantee availability, especially during summer and holidays. For last-minute trips, contact us and we will confirm based on driver availability.
Is gratuity included?
Tips are not included. Gratuity is appreciated but optional. The usual range for great service in France is 5-10% of the fare.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track flights in real time and automatically adjust pickup times without extra fees. Your driver will wait, regardless of delay length.
Airport Transfers
Do you offer meet & greet at airports?
Yes. Airport pickups include a complimentary meet & greet. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign, and you'll receive contact details 24 hours before pickup.
How much time should I allow for airport transfers?
Paris city ➝ CDG: 60-90 minutes. Paris ➝ Orly: 45-60 minutes. Paris ➝ Beauvais: 90-120 minutes. Aim to arrive 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic departures.
Can you pick me up from Nice Airport to Monaco?
Yes. Nice Airport to Monaco takes 30-40 minutes along the scenic coastal road or 25 minutes via the A8 motorway. See our Nice Airport transfers page for details.
Do you service Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport?
Yes. We cover Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport transfers to downtown Lyon (30 minutes), Alps resorts (2-3 hours), and Geneva Airport connections.
Long-Distance Routes & Day Trips
Can I add stops along the way?
Yes. We include reasonable stops for meals, rest breaks, or sightseeing. Motorway rest areas appear every 100 km, and we can add scenic or historic stops on request.
Do you offer day trips from Paris?
Absolutely. Normandy D-Day beaches, Versailles, Giverny, Loire Valley châteaux, Champagne, and Mont Saint-Michel are popular full-day or half-day itineraries. Wait time is included.
Can I travel from Paris to the French Riviera by private car?
Yes. Paris to Nice or Cannes is a 9-10 hour drive. We recommend an overnight stop in Lyon or Avignon, or combining the TGV with private transfers at each end.
Do you provide wine tour transportation?
Yes. We arrange wine tours in Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, and the Loire Valley. Your driver handles pickups, inter-winery travel, and safe return.
